The Mal M. Moore Athletic Facility is the central hub of Alabama Athletics as it houses athletics administration, football operations, the Athletics Dining Facility, the Alabama Strength and Conditioning Complex, training room, equipment room, and the Hall of Champions. Phase I renovations of the Mal M. Moore Athletic Facility were completed in July 2020. The entry lobby was upgraded, and the football team locker room, training room, and equipment room were completely redesigned. An expansion on the building's east side created the all new Sports Science Center.
